A platform that enables recruiters and managers to easily collect user-generated video content from their employees
Who could possibly tell your company’s story better than the people who are building it? User-generated content (UGC) from employees offers a unique and authentic look at your culture and brand. For job seekers who are considering applying to an open role within your organization, employee stories can also help them determine if it's the right next step in their careers.

PHENOM VIDEO PRODUCTS
There’s no question that hiring teams have had to drastically change their recruitment marketing strategies over the past two years. With the initial inability to conduct in-person interviews, companies turned to video to close the gap, with the number of companies using video increasing 67% over one year.

My role on the UX video team involves designing different video tools, features, and products such as 'Video assessments', 'Video capture request', 'Video studio'. All of these integrate into the Phenom holistic solution.
